Explain about various medicines<br />
Ensure orders are placed<br />
Customer Service( Call & Chat Support)<br />
Engaging patients and clients with respect to customer service related activities.<br />
Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers for long-term association<br />
6 days working one Day off (Noida Location)<br />

Skills:<br />
General knowledge of computer functions.<br />
An aptitude for detail with the ability to work within an area that is very quality control/cross-check conscious.<br />
Able to read prescriptions (Rx) and OTC orders<br />
Able to understand medicine schedule and medicine salts <br />
